Bronte Creek Provincial Park is a beautiful natural area located in Oakville, Ontario. The park is known for its wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, picnicking, swimming, and camping. A highlight of the park is the historic Spruce Lane Farmhouse, which offers a glimpse into 19th-century farm life. The park also features a large outdoor swimming pool, five hiking trails of varying lengths, and scenic picnic areas. With its mix of natural landscapes, family-friendly facilities, and cultural heritage, Bronte Creek is a popular destination for both recreation and learning.
Twelve Mile Trail (Burlington) is a relaxing route along Twelve Mile Creek, surrounded by forests and meadows. It’s an easy walk suitable for most people, with chances to see local wildlife and enjoy peaceful nature views. A great spot for a light hike and fresh air close to the city.
In this event, we’ll walk along the scenic Twelve Mile Trail, make our way into Bronte Creek Provincial Park, pass through the farm heritage area, and visit the historic Spruce Lane Farmhouse.

Difficulty Level: Level A, Beginner level. Suitable for individuals of all ages who are in good physical health.
Outdoor Clothing Requirements: Lightweight outdoor clothing (Long-sleeved shirt and pants), Hiking boots or closed-toed shoes that can prevent from slipping (no high heels, sandals, or flip-flops allowed), Hat
Outdoor Gear Requirements:
